Are you a product company or a service company?
Service-first. We don’t sell boxed software - we build what you need. However, over the years we’ve also built a few ready-made products for common use cases (taxi apps, food delivery, etc.) which we customize if needed.
How long have you been around?
Since 2011. We’ve seen trends come and go, survived rough patches, and kept growing. This isn’t a startup dream; it’s a real business built with patience and sweat.
Where are you based?
We're proudly based in India, working with clients across 150+ countries. Our work goes far beyond borders.

What kind of projects do you take on?
Pretty much anything software-related - web, mobile, backend, admin panels, or full-fledged platforms. We’ve built marketplaces, OTT platforms, fleet apps, hotel systems - even e-procurement tools for governments.
Do you work with startups or big companies?
Both. Startups love us because we’re fast and practical. Enterprises choose us because we’re solid and transparent.
Can you handle ongoing maintenance?
Yes. We offer post-launch support, AMC, and long-term partnerships. No ghosting here.
Can you build on top of existing code?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no - it depends on the code quality and tech stack. We'll give you an honest opinion before committing.

How do you usually start a project?
We start by understanding what you need - through a call, form, or chat. Once the scope is clear, we send a proposal. If you're happy with it, we move ahead with design, development, and testing.
Do you use agile methodology?
We’re practical. If agile suits the project, we go agile. If a waterfall model makes more sense, we’re okay with that too.
Will I have direct communication with the team?
Yes, always. We don't hide developers behind curtains. You'll talk to real people who are working on your project.
4. Pricing & Payments
How do you price your projects?
Fixed price, hourly, or monthly retainers - we’re flexible. We suggest the best model based on your scope and timeline.
What’s your minimum budget?
We’re not cheap, and we’re not overpriced. But if your budget is less than $2,000 USD, we may not be the right fit.
Do you offer refunds?
Not usually. But if we mess up something or delay without a valid reason, we’ll find a fair way to resolve it.
Do you take international payments?
Yes. We accept wire transfers, Wise, Payoneer, and Razorpay (for Indian clients). We’ll figure out what’s easiest for both sides.
5. Tech & Tools
What tech stack do you work with?
Node.js, React, React Native, Laravel, MongoDB, Flutter, PHP, MySQL - we’re flexible and practical. We choose the stack based on the project, not because it’s trendy.
Do you work with AI?
We’re exploring AI seriously - especially OpenAI integrations in admin panels and analytics dashboards. But we won’t fake it. If we can’t do something AI-related, we’ll say so.
Can you work with my existing tech stack?
Most likely, yes. But we’ll first check the existing codebase and let you know if it’s maintainable or if we need to rebuild from scratch.
6. SEO, Performance & Hosting
Will my website rank on Google?
SEO is a long-term game. We build all our sites with technical SEO in mind (fast load times, clean code, mobile friendly). For content and off-page SEO, we can connect you with partners or guide your in-house team.
Can you guarantee Google PageSpeed 100?
We don’t promise 100 blindly, but we do aim for excellent performance (90+). We use techniques like CDN, image optimization, and smart asset loading.
Do you host the apps?
We don’t offer hosting ourselves. But we’ll help you set up AWS, DigitalOcean, or whatever cloud provider you prefer — in your own account.
7. Trust & Transparency
How do I know you won’t disappear after delivery?
Fair question. We’ve been in business for over a decade, worked with 2000+ clients, and we still talk to many of them. We believe in relationships, not one-time gigs.
Can I talk to your past clients?
Yes. If you're serious, we can share references or even arrange a quick call with someone we've worked with — with their permission, of course.
What happens if we’re not happy with the work?
We’ll talk, adjust, and fix. If things still don’t work out, we’ll try to part ways professionally. We don’t lock clients in.

Do you sell ready-made apps?
Yes, we have around 30+ products like:

These are white-label and fully customizable.
Can you customize these to match my brand?
Absolutely. We’ll rebrand it, tweak the flow, and even add new modules if needed.
How fast can you launch a ready-made product?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks — depending on the changes and integrations you need.

How can I communicate with your team?
We’re flexible — email, WhatsApp, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet — whatever works best for you. Some clients even just drop voice notes, and that’s fine too.
Will I have a dedicated point of contact?
Yes, always. You’ll have a project manager or lead developer assigned — so you’re not chasing 5 people for 1 update.
How often will I get updates?
Typically weekly, but if you're the “daily check-in” type — we’ve got you. We’re transparent by default.

Which development method do you follow?
Mostly agile, but we’re not dogmatic. If your project fits better with a hybrid or milestone-based plan, we’ll adjust. We care more about progress than process jargon.
Do you write documentation?
